Fraud, Abuse & Misuse Policy

Helloo.Club operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, abuse, and misuse. This Policy applies to all users and all interactions on the Platform, whether with AI systems or human agents.

1. Fraud

• creating accounts using false identities or misrepresenting age
• providing false information to obtain refunds, credits, or account benefits
• using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials
• manipulating or exploiting technical vulnerabilities in Platform systems
• initiating false chargebacks or payment disputes

2. Abuse

• threatening, harassing, intimidating, or psychologically manipulating human agents or other users
• using the Platform to facilitate, encourage, or promote self-harm or harm to others
• sending sexually explicit, offensive, or degrading content
• exploiting AI systems to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content

3. Misuse

• using the Platform for commercial solicitation, advertising, or affiliate activity
• systematic scraping, harvesting, or bulk collection of data
• using automated tools or bots to interact with the Platform without authorisation
• attempting to bypass content filters, age verification, or security controls

4. Detection

We use automated monitoring and human review to detect prohibited conduct. Activity logs are maintained for safety and legal compliance. We cooperate fully with Australian law enforcement agencies.

5. Consequences

• immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund
• reporting to Western Australia Police, the Australian Cyber Security Centre, or other relevant authorities
• civil action for recovery of damages
• referral to the ACCC or relevant consumer and fraud agencies
