Age & Eligibility Policy (16+)

1. Minimum Age

Helloo.Club is available to users aged 16 and over. This requirement reflects obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth). Users under 16 are not permitted to use the Platform under any circumstances.

2. Users Aged 16 to 17

Users between 16 and 17 years of age may use the Platform with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. By registering a user aged 16 or 17, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf and accepts responsibility for their use of the Platform.

3. Age Verification

At registration, users must provide their date of birth. We reserve the right to request further verification at any time, including government-issued identity document verification, parental consent declarations, or other methods required by applicable law.

4. Social Media and Third-Party Platform Access

Where Helloo.Club is accessed through or linked to social media platforms — including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, X (Twitter), and YouTube — users must comply with both our 16+ requirement and the social media platform's own terms. Connecting a social account does not exempt a user from our minimum age requirement. We comply with the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth), applicable COPPA provisions, and the expectations of the Australian eSafety Commissioner regarding age-appropriate design.

5. Discovery of Underage Users

If we discover a user is under 16, we will immediately suspend and delete the account, delete all personal information collected, notify a parent or guardian where possible, and report the incident as required under applicable law.

6. Reporting Suspected Underage Access

If you believe a user may be under 16, please report it immediately to trust@helloo.club. Such reports are given the highest priority.
