Payment & Refund Policy

This Policy governs how Helloo.Club charges for its services, how billing operates across multiple currencies and jurisdictions, and under what limited circumstances a refund may apply. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy. Your rights under applicable local consumer protection law are not excluded by this Policy where they cannot legally be waived.
1. Global Operations and Multi-Currency Billing
Helloo.Club operates globally. Depending on your country of residence, you may be billed in your local currency or in a reference currency (such as Australian Dollars (AUD) or United States Dollars (USD)). The currency applicable to your account will be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm any purchase.
- Billing may be processed directly by RemotIQ Pty Ltd (ABN 91 682 628 128) or through a local billing partner, payment gateway, or regional payment provider authorised to collect payments on our behalf.
- Where a local billing partner is used, your invoice or receipt will identify the entity collecting the payment, the currency charged, and any applicable local taxes or levies.
- Exchange rates applied to cross-currency transactions are set by our payment processor or local billing partner and may include a conversion margin. The rate applicable to your transaction will be shown at checkout.
- We are not responsible for additional fees charged by your bank or card provider in connection with international transactions.
2. Invoicing and Transparency
Every paid transaction on Helloo.Club will generate an invoice or receipt accessible from your account. Each invoice will clearly state:
- the billing entity (either RemotIQ Pty Ltd (ABN 91 682 628 128) or the applicable local billing partner)
- the amount charged in the currency of the transaction
- the equivalent amount in AUD where a conversion has been applied
- applicable taxes, goods and services tax (GST), value-added tax (VAT), or local levies
- the subscription tier or service purchased
- the billing period covered Where local regulatory requirements impose additional disclosure obligations on invoices, those requirements will be met by the relevant local billing partner.
3. 24-Hour Free Trial
Helloo.Club offers a 24-hour free access period for new users upon first registration. During this period, you may explore the Platform and its features without charge. No payment method is required to begin the free trial.
- The free trial begins at the moment your account is created and expires automatically after 24 hours.
- At the end of the free trial, access to paid features will require a subscription purchase.
- The free trial may only be used once per person and once per device. Creating multiple accounts to exploit the free trial is a violation of our Terms of Service and our Fraud & Misuse Policy (Document 4).
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
Helloo.Club offers tiered subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase. Pricing for each tier is displayed in your local currency at checkout. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment and offer a discounted effective monthly rate. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You will receive advance notice of renewal by email.
5. Usage-Based Deduction
Certain features on Helloo.Club operate on a usage basis rather than a flat subscription. Where you have purchased a usage-based credit, token, or feature package:
- only the credits or units actually consumed during your billing period will be deducted from your balance
- unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period unless explicitly stated in your plan description
- your invoice will itemise the credits purchased, the credits consumed, and any balance remaining at the time of the billing cycle closing In the event that you are charged for a usage period and subsequently cancel, the value of actual usage incurred up to the cancellation point will be calculated and deducted. Any remaining unused balance from a prepaid usage purchase — beyond what was consumed — will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. This is the sole circumstance in which a refund of unused prepaid usage credit will be issued.
6. Non-Refundable Policy
Subject to Section 7 below and applicable mandatory consumer law, all subscription payments made to Helloo.Club are non-refundable. This includes:
- monthly or annual subscription fees, whether or not the Platform was used during the billing period
- subscription fees for periods where the account was suspended due to a policy violation
- partial months or partial years remaining after a mid-period cancellation
- fees paid in connection with promotional or discounted plans By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to the Platform for the full billing period, and that the non-refundable nature of the fee has been clearly communicated to you prior to purchase.
7. Limited Refund Circumstances
Notwithstanding Section 6, a refund will be issued in the following specific circumstances only:
- Billing error: you were charged an incorrect amount due to a technical fault on our part or that of our billing partner. You must notify us within 14 days of the charge.
- Unused prepaid usage credit: as described in Section 5, where a usage-based purchase is cancelled and the consumed amount is less than the amount paid, the difference will be refunded.
- Mandatory consumer law: where applicable law in your jurisdiction requires us to provide a refund and that right cannot be contractually waived, we will comply. This includes rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for Australian users and equivalent protections in other jurisdictions.
- Material platform failure: where the Platform has been wholly unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours due to our fault during a paid billing period, and you have notified us during or immediately after the outage. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to legal@helloo.club and must include your account details, the transaction reference, and the reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
8. Taxes and Local Levies
Prices displayed at checkout may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction. Where required by local law, GST, VAT, digital services tax, or other levies will be applied and shown separately on your invoice. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction that are not collected by us or our billing partner.
9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at legal@helloo.club before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card provider. We will investigate and respond promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities.
10. Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Where a price change affects your existing subscription, we will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice by email. Your continued subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not accept the new pricing, you may cancel prior to the renewal date.
11. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
For Australian users, this Policy is subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and nothing in it limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under the ACL. For users in other jurisdictions, applicable mandatory local consumer protection laws apply. Where this Policy conflicts with a mandatory local law, that local law prevails to the extent of the conflict.
