Report & Spam Policy

Helloo.Club is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful platform. This Policy explains how users can report concerns and how we respond.
1. How to Report
- use the in-app report button on any conversation or message
- email our Trust & Safety team at trust@helloo.club
- for urgent situations involving risk to life, contact emergency services (000 in Australia) first, then notify us
2. What You Can Report
- harassment, threats, bullying, or abusive behaviour
- impersonation of another person
- sharing of personal information without consent
- spam, commercial solicitation, or phishing
- content involving minors in an inappropriate or sexual context
- self-harm indicators or crisis situations requiring escalation
- suspected automated or bot account activity
3. What Happens After a Report
Standard reports are reviewed within 48 hours. Reports involving immediate risk to a person's safety are escalated and reviewed within 4 hours. Following review, we may issue a warning, remove content, suspend or terminate the account, or escalate to law enforcement. We will inform you of the outcome where permitted by privacy obligations.
4. Spam
Spam is strictly prohibited, including unsolicited commercial messages, repetitive or bulk messaging, deceptive messages, and links to phishing or malicious content. Accounts found sending spam will be suspended without notice.
5. False Reports
Knowingly filing false reports is a violation of our Terms and may result in account action against the reporting user.
